  • お申込み受付は先着順です。ブース位置の選択はできません。各サイズブースの空きがなくなり次第、受付を終了いたします。
  • 隣接での複数ブースご希望の場合、各ブース分のフォーム記入をお願いいたします。
    また、フォーム備考欄に、左右もしくは背中合わせのご希望と、ブース数をご記入ください。状況により隣接が難しい場合があります。
  • フォーム送信後お申込み受付メールを自動返信にて送信いたします。
    受信されない場合、迷惑メールフォルダに受信・格納されている場合がございます。
  • ブースサイズ、レンタル備品、出展までの流れは、出展ガイドをご覧ください。
  • デスク、背面パネル、椅子、フードエリア用テントは、オプションとなります。 出展お申込みの際に、フォームのレンタル備品欄からお申し込みください。 お申し込み頂きました備品は、当日朝にブース内に仮設置いたします。
  • 出展者パスは、S、Hブース各2枚、Mブース4枚、Lブース6枚付属します。
    お手伝いなどでさらに必要な場合は、有料にてお申し込みいただけます。
  • その他ご不明点ご質問などございましたら、メールにてお問い合わせください。
  • Applications will be accepted on a first-come/first-served basis. Booth locations are not selectable.
  • Applying for several booths (adjacent only), please fill out the form for each booth. Also please indicate in the Notes on the form how many booths and whether left / right or back-to-back adjacent. Please note that it may not be possible depending on your request.
  • You will receive an automatic reply with an application acceptance.
    If you do not receive it, it may be stored in the spam mail box.
  • Please refer to the Guide page for booth size, rental equipment and the process of exhibiting.
  • Desks, Display panels, Chairs and shelter tent for Food Area are optional rental equipment.
    Please apply on the application form. The equipment you have applied will be temporarily set up in your booth in the morning.
  • 2 exhibitor passes will accompany each of booth S and H, 4 passes for booth M and 6 passes for booth L.
    Additional pass can be applied on Application form.

    屋根のない屋外広場での出展となります。レンタルテントご利用可。屋内ブースでのフード出展も承ります。
    The Food Area is at the outdoor plaza in front of the building. Rental shelter tent can be applied.
    Food exhibits/sales are also available at the indoor booths.

    出展の注意事項
    お申込み時に頂いた出展名・代表者氏名などの変更は受付致しません。
    Exhibitor names cannot be changed.
    お申込みは１申込み１ブースになります。
    複数ブースをご希望（隣接ブース限定）の方は、ご希望のブース数分のフォーム記入をお願い致します。
    また、備考欄に左右もしくは背中合わせのご希望と、ブース数をご記入下さい。
    お申込み状況によってご希望に添えない場合がございます。

    出展ブースの又貸しはできません。
    Booths cannot be sublet.
    ライブペインティングを行う場合は、必ず申し込み時にその旨備考欄にご記載ください。
    油性の液体、スプレーは使用不可です。養生シートを敷き、周囲にお気をつけください。
    If you have a plan to do Live-Painting, please be sure to indicate so in the Notes on the application form. No oil-based liquid or sprays are allowed.
    Please lay down a protective sheet and be careful the surrounding area.
    会場内禁煙、火気厳禁です。ヘリウムガスなど引火性のガスは会場内に持ち込めません。
    No smoking or open flames in the venue. Helium gas and other flammable gasses are not allowed in the venue.
    照明器具はLEDのみ使用できます、白熱電球は使用不可です。
    Only LED lighting is allowed, incandescent bulbs are prohibited.
    ブース内や通路でアンプやマイクなど拡声器の使用はできません。
    No amplifiers, microphones or other loudspeakers may be used in the booth or in the aisles.
    映像出展、パフォーマンス出展の方は、上映・上演時間をご記入ください。
    For video or performance exhibitors, please indicate the time of screening/performance.
    パフォーマンス・スクエアでの音楽演奏は、アコースティックのみです。
    大音量でのパフォーマンスはできません。音量が大き過ぎると事務局が判断した場合音量を下げていただきます。
    Music in the Performance Square is acoustic only. Loud sounds are prohibited.
    When the event office thinks the volume is too loud, the sound volume must be down.
    パフォーマンス出展は、ビル正面入口屋外広場（パフォーマンススクエア）での出展となります。
    屋外フードエリア出展でテントが必要な場合、レンタル備品欄でお申し込みください。
    屋内ブースにおけるフード出展も承ります。
    Performance and Food area will be located in the outdoor plaza (Performance Square) at the front entrance of the building.
    If you need a shelter tent for food area, please apply in the Rental Equipment section.
    Food exhibits/sales are also available at the indoor booths.
    出展者パスは、当日会場にてリストバンドパスをお渡しします。
    Exhibitor passes will be given at the venue on the day of the event.
    ご出展はオリジナル作品に限ります。二次創作はご出展頂けません。
    事務局によりオリジナルでないと判断された場合は、展示を撤去していただきます。
    基準がご不明な場合はお問合せください。
    Only original works may be exhibited. No fanworks may be exhibited.
    If the event office judges the work is unoriginal, the work will be removed.
    Please contact us if you are unsure of the criteria.
    コスプレでの出展や、作品の転売行為は禁止いたします。
    Exhibit in cosplay and resale of work is prohibited.
    18歳未満の方のご出展は、保護者同意書が必要となります。
    Parental consent form is required for exhibitors under 18 years old.
    出展のご案内は、メールにて連絡を差し上げます。
    Exhibit information will be sent by e-mail.
    入金案内送付後7日以内（土日祝含）にご入金確認ができない場合は、お申し込みは自動キャンセルとなります。
    If payment cannot be confirmed within 7 days (including saturdays, sundays, and holidays) after the payment information sent, your application will be automatically cancelled.
    ご案内メールが１週間以内に届かない場合は、事務局までご連絡ください。
    メール不着のご連絡が、ご応募より1週間以内にない場合はキャンセルとなります。
    If you do not receive the information e-mail within one week, please contact us.
    If you do not contact us within one week, your application will be cancelled.
    出展料のお支払いは、銀行振り込みのみとなります。
    Payment of the exhibition fee is bank transfer only.
    飲食物の販売は、食品営業許可のある施設で製造された製品で、包装（パック）され、食品表示ラベルの添付のあるものに限り販売可能です。
    それ以外の飲食物の販売はできません。また温度管理の必要な飲食物は販売できません。
    Food and beverages may only be sold that manufactured in a facility with a food business license, packaged and have a food label attached.
    Items requiring temperature control cannot be sold.
    公序良俗を乱す作品や行為など、イベントの趣旨に沿わないと事務局が判断した場合には、ご出展をお断り、撤去及び退去していただく場合がございます。
    その場合、出展料は返却いたしません。
    When the event office determined to remove the artwork or leave the venue if it is deemed offensive to public order and morals or otherwise inappropriate for the purpose of this event.
    In such cases, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
    盗難、万引き、事故、怪我、紛失、破損、物品売買等のトラブルについては、事務局では一切責任を負いかねます。 また、出展された作品並びに出展者様個人に関連する法律上の責任も負いかねます。
    The event office is not responsible for theft, shoplifting, accidents, injuries, loss, damage, or problems related to the sale or purchase.Also, we are not responsible for any legal liability related to the exhibited works or the exhibitors themselves.
    地震等の災害や感染症などによるイベント中止の場合、出展は次回への繰越しとなります。
    出展料の返金は致しかねます。また、交通費や宿泊費の補償はございません。
    If an event is cancelled due to an earthquake or other disaster, infectious disease, etc., the event will be carried over to the next time.
    Exhibitor fees are non-refundable. No compensation will be provided for transportation or lodging expenses.
    盲導犬、介助犬の同伴はできますが、それ以外のペットの入場はできません。
    Guide dogs and service dogs are allowed. Other pets are not allowed in the venue.
